It’s the day that you film. Suppose you are filming on a Wednesday. You puck up the lens on Tuesday afternoon (from 16:00), and return it on Friday morning (until 10:30). This counts as 1 rental day.
Renting during the weekend is of course no problem. In general, the collection or return of products is during regular office hours on working days.

No, not every RF camera is compatible with this lens. VR 180 stereoscopic is so outside the norm that not all cameras support it. Cameras that do support this lens are the Canon EOS R5, the R5 C and the R6 mark II. Alternatively, you can also combine the RED V-Raptor with this lens for better dynamic range and higher frame rates in 8K resolution.
